Welcome Lovely Soul!

To the journey of rewilding, embodiment, and deep connection through the Five Elements.

My Why...

The Elemental Path

To walk the elemental path is not some polished spiritual checklist.

It’s not about doing it “right.”
It’s about living fully—bones, breath, laughter, tears, sass, and all.

For me, this path is devotion. Not the kind of devotion that locks me into a rigid rulebook, but the kind that cracks me wide open. Devotion to feeling life move through me. Devotion to listening to the whispers of wind in my body, the fire in my belly, the ache in my bones, the joy in my chest.

It’s love, too. Deep, messy, human love—for people, for horses, for Mother Earth, for the way relationships are constantly showing me who I am (whether I asked for it or not). The elemental path is a love letter to every moment I’ve been witnessed, every time I’ve softened enough to witness someone else, and every ridiculous plot twist that comes with being alive.

And let’s be real—I can’t walk this path without humor. Life is too damn weird, and so am I. The elements don’t ask me to be serious all the time. Sometimes they say:

“Lighten up, girl. Go play. Go sass. Go laugh at yourself while you trip over your own patterns (again).”

So this is my why:

Because I love watching people wake up in their own bodies.
Because I love the way relationships shift when we stop bracing and just breathe.
Because I believe we are meant to feel—not rush past, not numb out, not perform, but feel the deep pulse of being alive.

The elemental path is how I remind myself that fear is a doorway, anger is movement, joy is connection, worry is the pull back to center, grief is release.

It’s how I stop getting lost in the chaos of “being human” and start remembering the beauty of it.

This isn’t just my work.
It’s my heartbeat.
It’s my sass.
It’s my devotion.

It’s my love for this strange, wondrous, messy thing we call relationship.

Elemental

Embodiment

Every Monday 6pm | MMBC Studio, Ogden, UT

To practice elemental embodiment is to sit with your body—really sit.

Not in that “Pinterest-worthy meditation pose with angel music” way.

I mean in the raw, human, oh-wow-my-shoulders-actually-hurt kind of way.

It’s letting yourself feel the breath as it actually moves.

The ribs expanding like they’re making space for something big.

The spine stretching like it just remembered it’s not a question mark.

The pause between inhale and exhale where time hangs out and winks at you.

This practice is slow. Annoyingly slow sometimes.

But that’s the point: to discover that life doesn’t just happen in the fireworks—it happens in the micro-sparks. The little shifts. The moments your body softens instead of bracing.

Alone, it’s communion.

Together, it’s resonance.

And honestly? It’s a relief. Because you finally realize your body isn’t trying to ruin your spiritual life—it is the altar..

Discovering Elemental Relationships

Every Other Wednesday 6:30pm | Zoom Call

If embodiment is the inward journey, relationships are the outward dance. And this is where the elements start showing off.

Water whispers, “Hey love, fear isn’t here to stop you—it’s here to give you courage.” Wood struts in like, “Boundaries, baby. Let’s grow. Let’s stretch. Don’t make me get loud.” Fire is basically the life of the party—joy, connection, that wild pulse of being witnessed (but not the over-caffeinated kind, thank you very much). Earth is the steady friend who makes sure you’ve eaten before you spiral. And Metal? Metal’s the wise one who knows how to let go, turning grief into that bittersweet gratitude you didn’t know you needed.

Each element tells its own story, but none of them live in isolation. They’re always in cahoots, weaving together like an endless group chat of energy. Sometimes supportive, sometimes dramatic, but always moving.

Discovering elemental relationships is about noticing how your stories—fear, anger, joy, worry, grief—don’t just belong to you. They’re in conversation with everyone around you. My joy might spark your courage. Your grief might soften my anger. It’s not about fixing each other. It’s about witnessing. About moving together. About remembering we’re all just walking bundles of elements, bumping into each other, trying to make it work.

Why Choose The Elemental Path

How Your Life Shifts Over the Next Year...

Together, Elemental Embodiment and Discovering Elemental Relationships are the roots of this path I walk.

One pulls you inward to feel it all. The other pushes you outward into connection—human, horse, nature, spirit.

Both remind me this life isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being present. It’s about devotion. And, yes, it’s about laughing at the absolute mess of being human while still choosing to show up with love.

Months 1 - 5 | Awakening to the Elements

You begin noticing how the elements move through you.

You practice small daily rituals—breathwork, movement, awareness

You start to sense what element feels most familiar and which one feels distant.

Your body begins to respond—your breath deepens, tension softens, awareness expands.

Months 6 - 9 | Seeing the Interconnections

You recognize the balance between elements—where you flow easily and where you resist.

You begin to understand the nourishment and control cycles—how each element feeds or regulates another.

You learn to move with your emotions instead of fighting them.

Your body, your relationships, and your energy begin to harmonize.

Months 9 - 12 | Embodied Transformation

You feel at home in yourself.

Your emotions no longer overwhelm you—you know how to move with them.

Your relationships shift in profound ways. Boundaries feel natural, connection feels free.

You trust yourself, your cycles, your seasons. You are no longer fighting life—you are in rhythm with it.

Reconnect with Your Body, Energy, and Relationships

The Five Elements—Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal—hold the key

to understanding your energy, emotions, and relationships. Through movement, meditation, and awareness, The Elemental Path

guides you to embody these rhythms, helping you feel more free, balanced, and deeply connected.

Why Choose The Elemental Path

What It Means to Connect with the Elements

The Five Elements are not just energies outside of you—they live within you, shape your emotions, and guide your relationships. Each element has its own wisdom, its own rhythm, its own invitation to explore a deeper part of yourself.

As you walk this path, you begin to see your life through the seasons of energy. You move beyond resistance and into

flow, expansion, balance, and release. The elements show you where you are stuck, where you are growing, and where you are ready to let go.

Each season, each moment, offers a new lesson. Are you ready to listen?

Water | The Deep Knowing

In the stillness of winter, you begin to listen. You sink inward, breathing into your bones, finding safety in rest rather than fearing it. You start to understand that fear is not the enemy—it’s a guide leading you toward deeper trust.

Wood | The Rising Strength

As the first hints of spring emerge, so does something within you. A stirring. A desire to move, stretch, grow beyond what you thought was possible. You recognize that your frustration, your anger—it’s fuel, not failure. It’s showing you where you are not yet free.

Fire | The Radiance of Joy

Summer arrives, and so does your courage to be seen. You no longer shrink yourself or overextend—you shine in your own energy. You understand connection in a new way: not as something you chase, but as something you radiate.

Earth | The Ground Beneath You

Late summer brings a sense of stability, nourishment, and belonging. You no longer seek external validation—you find your center within. You experience giving and receiving without depletion, learning the beauty of true balance.

Metal | The Sacred Release

Autumn whispers in, teaching you the art of letting go. The old stories, the heaviness you’ve carried, the expectations that no longer fit—you release them, making space for something lighter, clearer, more aligned.
