My Mission

A Little of my heart...

Hi, I’m Jasmine—lover of messy humans, wild horses, deep breaths, and inappropriate laughter at exactly the wrong moment.

I walk the Elemental Path. Which basically means I spend a lot of time geeking out about how your body and energy actually work (spoiler: they’re way smarter than your brain gives them credit for). I believe micro-movements matter, that emotions aren’t problems to solve but energy to feel, and that sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is take a nap—or eat a Micky Ds (my inner child loves that shit).

I’m not here to fix you. You’re not broken.

I’m here to help you feel more alive in your own skin, to witness the way your body whispers (or sometimes yells), and to remind you that relationships—whether with people, horses, or your own damn self—are where the real magic happens.

My style? Think sass wrapped in a hug.

I’ll call you on your nonsense and celebrate the tiny victories no one else notices. I’ll talk about the Five Elements like they’re old friends (because, honestly, they are), and I’ll help you laugh your way through the awkwardness of actually being human.

I believe in devotion, yes. But also in play. In curiosity. In the relief of realizing you don’t have to hold it all together to be worthy of love and connection.

So—welcome. Bring your joy, your fear, your anger, your grief, your messy humanity. All of it belongs here. And if you’re lucky, I might even share a horse story or two (they’re way better teachers than I am).

I’ve worn a lot of skins in this lifetime. Some fit perfectly. Some… well, let’s just say they were more like borrowed Halloween costumes.

Here’s the highlight reel of my silly (and not-so-silly) life roles so far:

Only Child
Yes, I like my space. No, it doesn’t mean I’m selfish—it means I’ve spent my whole life living on the edges, watching the world, and honestly? I like the way it feels from here. Learning to “fit in” with people has been its own journey… which is probably why I like horses so much. They get it.

FFA Chapter President
Yes, I was a super-nerd even back then. The country life will always have my heart (and my boots). I stood on stages reciting “I believe in the future of agriculture, with a faith born not of words but of deeds”—and honestly, I still believe it, only now I’d say it’s a faith born of the soul.

Military Girl
What a wild, defining chapter of my life. I look back on it with honor—and with more than a few last-minute life changes I never saw coming. But hey, I can still take apart an M16 in under two minutes, and I’ve been all over the world because of it. A lovely part of my life that shaped me deeply… and one I’m grateful to have moved on from.

Married my high school sweetheart
…then, well, ended that. Wow. What an experience. Our parents did try to tell us, but of course we knew better. Hah. Thanks for the life lessons, Universe.

Best friend & villain
I’ve been both. In some stories I was the safe place, the ride-or-die. In others… I was the storm. And here’s the wild part: the people I loved the hardest—and sometimes hurt the most—are the ones I now carry the deepest gratitude for. Does that make me a psychopath? Maybe. Or maybe it just makes me human.

Bar Guy + Bonus Family
I met the guy at a bar. Married him. Got lucky enough to gain not just him, but also two tiny humans—and the best bio mom anyone could ask for. Together, they’ve given me the crash course of a lifetime in just how good (and how spectacularly bad) I can be at human emotions and communication.

Professional Hippie (?)
Reiki Master Teacher, Somatic Meditation Guide, Equine Body Worker, blah blah blah. But let’s be real—none of those papers have taught me half as much as the elements, the horses, and the wonderfully weird humans I get to share this tiny planet with.

So, what’s my title? Honestly… fuck if I know. The question plagues me way more than it should. Here’s what I do know: I do cool hippie shit. You come to class, you’ll love it. Then you can tell me what it is I actually do

Studio Founder (…all because of a Facebook post)
The whole MMBC journey started with a single post on Facebook. I had no idea it would turn into one of the wildest rides of my life. Starting this studio has stretched me, cracked me open, and given me more stories, adventures, and soul lessons than I could’ve ever dreamed. Want spiritual accountability? Try opening a studio—you’ll find out real quick what you’re made of.

Horsewoman
Because no therapist holds you accountable like a 1,200-pound animal who sees right through your BS. No one teaches presence, boundaries, and unconditional love like a horse. They’ll stand in your truth, reflect your lies, and remind you—snacks are the real love language.

Somatic Poet
Sometimes words don’t make sense until they’ve moved through my breath, my skin, my bones. Only then do they become poetry—less written, more lived.

I also believe the most intimate space in a city isn’t a bedroom or a bar—it’s the grocery store.

Why? Because nothing screams “raw humanity” like standing in aisle 7, hair a mess, sweatpants on, staring at 27 brands of peanut butter wondering which one will finally fix your life.

So yeah, that’s me: part mystic, part goofball, full-time lover of breath, body, horses, and the wild web of relationships that keep teaching me who I am. If you hang out with me long enough, you’ll get some sass, a hug, and definitely a horse story (or three).

And here’s the thing—I don’t just want to walk this path alone. The elemental journey is better when it’s shared. So consider this your invitation: come breathe, move, laugh, cry, and discover right alongside me. Together-but-quiet, together-but-wild—this path has room for it all.

Sending Love & Excitement You Way
