At My Mind & Body Collective, you will not find gurus, hierarchies, or anyone pretending to have all the answers. What you will find is a group of real humans: teachers, healers, and collaborators, each walking their own path of growth while supporting others on theirs.

This is the heart of the Collective: a community where healing is shared, not sold.

Every teacher and collaborator at My Mind & Body Collective brings their own wisdom, life experience, and modality. Some guide through breath and sound, others through movement, creativity, or energy work, but all share a common goal: to help you reconnect to yourself.

Our classes and sessions are less about perfect poses or polished performances and more about presence. You’ll be met by people who understand that healing can be messy, beautiful, and deeply human.
